Program Overview
This is a structured 12-week yoga workshop designed specifically for ageing adults, based on evidence demonstrating significant improvements in balance, functional mobility, and psychological well-being.
The program follows a progressive, safe, and supervised approach, integrating preparatory training, onsite intensive learning, and guided follow-up to ensure long-term sustainability and functional independence.
The program includes:
- Online preparatory sessions
- Onsite intensive training at Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala
- Post-program follow-up sessions

Program Structure
Frequency: 2 sessions per week

Eligibility & Guidelines
- Participants should be medically stable and able to engage in gentle physical activity
- A basic health declaration is required prior to enrollment
- Participants needing assistance are kindly requested to bring an attendant
- The institute does not provide attendant support
Safety Considerations
- Practices are adapted to individual capacity
- Chair support and modifications are provided where required
- No forceful movements or postures
- Adequate rest is incorporated between practices
- Continuous supervision during onsite training

Participants are expected to demonstrate measurable improvements in balance, functional mobility, and psychological well-being upon completion of the 12-week program, along with the ability to continue a safe and structured yoga routine independently.

- If doing a Late Registration as per the dates given above, then we will require the full workshop package amount to be paid for confirmation of the registration.
