We live in a connected world where true happiness can be experienced only if there is a harmonious relationship between you, your family, your friends, your colleagues, and your communities. Life itself is fully in a connected relationship with our environment and its elements. However, any disturbances in our relationships with people, especially the near and dear ones, or with whom we spend a large amount of our time, can result in feelings of low self-esteem, helplessness, fear, anxiety, depression, hopelessness which further leads to chronic stress, loss of mental and physical health and leaves us sometimes totally devastated.
Ensuring we create and nurture happy relationships with people is thus critical to our peace, health, success, and overall growth. But happy relationship is a two-way street which is always under construction. This unique workshop introduces you to the principles and practices from Yoga, which will provide you the toolkit to develop habits for happier relationships with people in your life.

Workshop Facilitator
The program will be facilitated by Ms. Renu Jain who is a certified yoga professional from Kaivalyadhama and a Masters in Yogashastra. She uses a holistic approach to health and wellness with traditional Yoga as its founding principle. After spending hours in training, reading, teaching, facilitating, and coaching, she still considers herself as an explorer rather than a master.
Renu’s facilitation approach is enjoyable, experiential, and simple, which helps individuals discover a healthier and happier circle of life. Participants from across the world have benefitted from her various workshops and retreats held at Kaivalyadhama.

Renu has represented Kaivalyadhama on various media forums. Her videos and articles have featured in leading digital section of magazines and newspapers in India. Besides delivering Yoga programs, she is a passionate photographer and a badminton player who believes in living life to the fullest and empowering people to make Yoga a way of life.
