power of prayanama

Welcome to an enlightening journey towards holistic well-being through the ancient art of Pranayama. Join us at Kaivalyadhama’s highly successful online workshop, where the acclaimed instructor, Sandhya Dixit, guides you on a transformative path of conscious breathing and self-discovery.

Pranayama, as an integral part of the yogic tradition, has been documented in Vedic literature, Patanjali’s Yogasutras, and Hatha Yoga texts. In the Ashtanga Yoga system, Pranayama stands as the fourth limb, emphasizing the conscious control and regulation of breath. This practice is not just a physical exercise but a profound journey towards purifying the body and cleansing the mind.

Regular and disciplined practice of Pranayama yields a myriad of benefits, fostering immense positivity, increased clarity, renewed vigor, and heightened inner awareness across emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. By channelling energy through the right pathways and tapping into deeper dimensions, Pranayama acts as a purifier, eliminating toxins, inducing relaxation, and boosting immunity.
