Our Facilitators
Yogacharya Sandhya Dixit is one of the senior-most teacher in Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala. She has experience of 39 years in the field of yoga. She has actively conducted workshops and training camps at national and international levels. Her 10 days online workshops series in March 2020 ‘Yoga for senior citizens’ collaboration with the Ministry of Ayush was applauded and acknowledged by thousands of people. Her Pranayama online workshops have been successful since June 2020. Workshop participants love her style of teachings. She recently is awarded Swami Kuvalayananda Yoga Puraskar 2020 for her dedicated, committed and extraordinary work in the field of Yoga.

Dr. Santosh Pandey has completed B.N.Y.S, MBA (Hospital Administration) M.Sc. Yoga; he is also Reiki Grand master level 12, Advance Pranic Healer, PGDIA, and PGDIN. He has been awarded the President’s National award, and has also earned a Gold medal in Yoga and Naturopathy in 2005 awarded by the International Naturopathy Organization in New Delhi, India. He has over 20 years of experience in treating various diseases by way of Naturopathy, Yoga, and Acupressure & Acupuncture. He has extensive knowledge of Yoga therapy & Naturopathy, Wellness & Spa treatments, Basic & Advanced Acupressure healing. He has worked with various Institutes in the areas of Administration, Research & development, Consultation, Supervision, and Managing Operational Planning & Development. Dr. Pandey has participated in the International Conference on Yoga, Naturopathy and Arogya expo-2012 at Bangalore, AYUSH Ministry.

Consultant Naturopath in Health Care Center Lecturer in College
Dr. Santosh Pandey is currently working as Consultant Naturopath in Health Care Center and will also engage as a Lecturer in G. S. College of Yoga and Cultural Synthesis. He has completed B.N.Y.S, MBA (Hospital Administration), FCSW, Ph. D. scholar; he is also Reiki Grand master level 12, Advance Pranic Healer, certified psychotherapist, PGDIA, and PGDIN.

Ms. Sindhu Tiwari
Yoga Therapist – Kaivalyadhama
Ms. Sindhu Tiwari has been associated with Kaivalyadhama since 2015. As a Yoga Therapist, she conducts one-on-one sessions for individuals having psychosomatic ailments.
In 2018, she started an immersive healing program – “SOHAM” for individuals who have had chronic conditions for a long time or individuals who have gone through intervention for cancer and need empowerment toward better physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Ms. Sindhu Tiwari
Through this program and with her expertise and skills, she was able to transform many lives by using various Yoga Therapy tools.
Since 2020, she is working as a Manager- Learning and Academics at Kaivalyadhama.
As far as her educational background is concerned, she has a Master's in Yoga and a PG Diploma in Yoga Therapy. She also possesses an M.Sc in Food Technology and currently, she is pursuing her third Master's in Applied Psychology.
