This course is accredited as Certificate Course from Indian Yoga Association (IYA) and the Syllabus is equivalent to Level 2 – (Yoga Wellness Instructor) of Yoga Certification Board (YCB).
We are also RYS200 certified.

Please Note: Even though YCB has recognised Kaivalyadhama as Leading Yoga Institute but as per YCB guidelines registration to YCB is to be done separately by students. If anyone wishes to be certified by YCB then exam has to be taken and paid for separately.

YTCC is a blended (Hybrid) programme for aspiring Yoga teachers

The YTCC program is ideal for those who have always wanted to have an in-depth understanding of Yoga but are unable to commit longer periods of time for course completion.

The course is appropriate even for a beginner of Yoga to get a proper and extensive understanding of the traditional and scientific aspects of Yoga.

The YTCC program covers textual, psycho-physiological and practical aspects of Yoga, as well as, teaching methods in yoga.

Students are qualified to become Yoga instructors after successful completion of this course, and can take up Yoga as a career.

Education: Minimum 12th standard

Medical Fitness: Candidates should be medically fit and sound as certified by competent authority

Course Details

  • Lectures – Timing– 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm; online
  • *Recording of the lectures will be shared with the students
  • Timings: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday (Subject to change per Centre)
  • Special Sundays: (Shuddhi kriya) (Shuddhi Kriya practice requires students to arrive earlier at the center. Specific timing details will be communicated in advance.)
  • 80% attendance is mandatory
  • Written exam, viva, lesson plan and practical exam will be conducted at the Centre at the end of the course
  • It is mandatory to pass each of the above to qualify for Certificate
  • Kaivalyadhama will present certificate of completion of Course to the successful candidates

*The course will run simultaneously at 4 Centres of Kaivalyadhama.

“ANUSHASAN” discipline is the first step where the yoga starts. All the students have to follow the rules and regulations of Kaivalyadhama.

  1. Behavioural Aspect: Respect to the Guru as Yoga is a Tradition of “Guru-Shishya Parampara”. No unwanted discussion in the class when the faculty is teaching. No gossiping in the class.
  2. Dress Code: T-shirt and Track pant is dress code for the practical as well as lectures.
  3. Punctuality: Punctuality is important as you have to follow anushasan.
  4. Mobile Phone: Usage of mobile phone is restricted in the class. Your phone should be switched off before entering the class.
  5. While attending the online lecture all students have to keep their Camera ON. Failing which the student will be barred from attending the lecture.
  6. Any other existing code of conduct.

RYT-200 stands for Registered Yoga Teacher 200, indicating that the student has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course from a Yoga Alliance–registered school.

This certification is a foundational requirement for teaching yoga professionally and is recognized internationally.

  • Kaivalyadhama is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance. Students will be eligible to register as RYT-200 (Registered Yoga Teacher – 200 hours). The RYT certificate must be downloaded directly by the student from the Yoga Alliance website after creating an account and uploading the required documents.
  • Accredited as an Advanced Certificate Course by the Indian Yoga Association (IYA)
  • Based on the syllabus equivalent to Level 2 – Yoga Teacher and Evaluator under the Yoga Certification Board (YCB)

Note: YCB certification requires separate registration and examination, with additional fees
